The NEOCANTAL project brings together the scientific knowledges about the oleocanthal molecule properties and industrial capacities in order to obtain “gold” health benefit end product. NEOCANTAL product contain a high concentration of oleocanthal molecule (a polyphenol came form olive fruit) and provides great health benefits mainly protecting against chronic inflammatory diseases such as Alzheimer and Rheumatoid Arthritis diseases

NEOCANTAL product will be find in three different formats: – Powder – Liquid – Encapsulated
